Probably but the device would have to be jailbroken. I think what you
actually heard were aps that allow you to transfer files often over wifi
or bluetooth from device to pc and back. Ubidisk is such an app.

I had similar issues on my lists, I have re-enabled affected members on
there. I'm also unsubscribing and resubscribing those still affected via
a report they send into me.
