Does anyone have an idea why the noise reduction plugIns in Sound Forge pro
10 are all grayed out? I see from the web site that these are included, but
when I looked at the program directory, I didn't see anything that looked
like noise reduction plug-in stuff.

You my want to check out www.auzentech.com.
They have an auzentech x-fi 7.1 prelude card that is designed around the
creative chip, but with some editions. I haven't tried this card personally,
but I plan to very soon. I have heard great things about it though.
