Hi guys. I was messing with Audacity on Wednesday, and I found out it can
record up to 384 thousand KHZ. That's cool for what it's worth. Now is there
any point to that? Is Audacity the only one that can go that high? I know
Sound Forge wont. I wander if the more pro things like Pro Tools, Sonar and
the like will though. I know someone meantioned Pro Tools here once. What's
the highest sample rate that it can do? Is 64 bit the highest as far as bit
depth I wander now? I mean, if the sample rate apparently can go higher then
I once thought it could, then why not the bit depth? I've always wandered
when we'd get to 128 bit audio at least. Thanks.
