Think someone asked about this a few weeks ago.
I use Express Talk, its pretty good and quite accessible.
The basic version is free and it enables you to connect one line though
I purchased the business version which gives extra functionality such as
the recording of calls, music on hold, multiple inputs and outputs for
audio, multiple VOIP accounts and so on.
Express Talk is available for Windows and Mac, I also have a feeling
that the App is available for Smart phones.
