Okay..here's the deal on the drive: one end is rounded (it apparently needs to be square)..in any case, no matter which way I turn that drive, it _will not_ go in! As far as I can tell, there's no cap or anything over it! Do I have some kind fof an odd-balled drive? Tom Kaufman (aka Tomcat)

Hi Tom. Sounds like you got a USB drive like I have. Grab each end of it, and gently pull. You should get one part that protects the USB port, and the other part, which is the drive. Also, grab the ends so you have the flat part between your fingers. Hope this works for you. By the way, APH
