I have to admit to dumping all the chat software I had except Skype, its usable and does everything I need. Its more useful now than its ever been thanks to the Skype integration with Facebook and MSN so - given that most people use Facebook these days - I have no need whatever for any third party chat clients or protocols that only few people use.
I have various subscriptions with Skype which make calling phones around the world and accepting calls from other countries both cheap for me and cheap for anyone else who wishes to contact me and I'm surprised just how many people have called my overseas Skype numbers - Hello to you all and thanks! <smile> -.
