Right click on the link and select save file as or save target as, the
option may be slightly different as that described.

Okay, why are you pasting the link into Firefox?
I press enter on the link in my email client, that opens the link or I
right-click on the link from my email client which brings up a lost of
options such as open, copy, save file as and so on.
