Hi John, it may be confusing, I guess this is subjective, but it's a very accessible programme. F8 is your hotkey to extract. I think the key to understanding the interface is that there are two sets of tab controls. One relates to the application you are using. You can use this set to switch between the CD ripper, the burner, the file converter etc. The other relates to controls within the current application.
