If you have Windows Media Player 10, under the "Files" menu, you should be able to use "Save play list as..." or "Add to Library submenu" then choose "Add file or playlist ...".
Check to see that you will be saving the file where you can find it later and then give it a file name, then choose the type of file extention you want.
