Hi. I use Clear Dymo tape. It comes in a 3 metre reel and is 12mm wide.
it is ideal for Brailling but requires a hand frame or Perkins adaptor.

I use sheets of clear laminating material, available at any office
supply store. I can have multiple lines if necessary and can cut the
material as a custom fit. And it is thinner than Dymo tape, thus
reducing the possibility of the braille catching in a player. HTH

The laminating material I use is self adhesive. Sarah, not sure what
you are asking. I braille the info onto the laminating sheet with a
slate and stylus. I cut the label out with a scissors, peel off the
backing paper and attach to the CD face. HTH

Ah. I can't cut a nice round thing with a hole in the middle. or do you cut
a straight line?
