well that would have been nice to know. One thing I can say is that there has been a firmware update and maybe that has fixed the problem I will look at the bugg fixes. Another thing is they don't support all memory cards. Some draw to much current on battery power and derail the recorder. We will

Hi Don, I returned mine, because it often produced just digital noise, when I recorded something with it. At www.taperssection.com are messages from other people with the same problem. So, if you sometimes just hear noise when you've recorded stuff with the Edirol, you're not alone. Good luck
