Fast boot, or hybrid shutdown, isn't quite same as complete shutdown from
older Windows releases. You will not hear Windows startup sound when fast
boot (hybrid shutdown) is enabled because some system components are resumed
from hibernation. You need to turn off fast boot to hear startup sound
