Hi Folks: For those who might like to know more about the scrubbing feature in SoundForge 8.0, here is the text of the help file. I think that you will agree that it is AwesomenessCoolness.
Scrub using the keyboard Press the J, K, or L keys to use the keyboard as a scrub control. The scrub control at the bottom of the active data window will reflect the current rate and direction of playback. J: Scrub reverse mode. Press again to accelerate the playback rate. K: Pause. L: Scrub forward mode. Press again to accelerate the playback rate. Press and hold K while pressing K or L to emulate a shuttle knob mode.
