SendSpace does have a dropbox facility but I've not investigated it.
Sendspace for a max account allows files to remain forever if you wish, or
you can set limits for just about everything.
Sendspace gives you 100gb for a max account and a maximum of 300mb per file

There is a limit of capacity in both cases. However, dropbox allows a
minimum of 2 gb capacity. Whereas, sendspace only allows 300 mb which is
pitiful in my opinion.

I could be wrong here..but if you had a paid account on Sendspace..you get
more than 300 GB! As I said..I could be wrong!
