Hi Tim, The delta cards from M-audio are all really really good semi professionel cards. Maybe I'd buy a delta66 just to get the fine breakout box, where you can connect and disconnect your cables easily via the very solid plugs it has. But you'll also find the audiofile being a wonderful card.

Hello, cd quality sound is 16 bit, and 44100 samples. If you're recording in 24 bit at 96 khz, the higher end audio will not be accepted by the lower cd-quality.
