Winamp, separate volume control, and 2 sound cards

Hi all, I know these subjects have been fully discussed, but I'm hoping you can point me to a resource where I can read how to do two things: I just bought a Phillips Aurilium 5.1 channel USB sound card. I'd like to be able to play audio through it while running JFW through my original sound card
