Hi Folks: On the more recent models of the Iriver MP3 players, files are to be transferred via Windows Media. I have found, however, that it is possible to transfer files to the players via Windows Explorer. My question is: what is the disadvantage of transferring the files via Windows Explorer as apposed to Windows Media, other than not being able to navigate/select by album, artist, ETC.
