The documentation says it's Sapi 5, but I can't get Jaws to use the supplied
voice. Also, when I go into the control panel and under speech, it says this
voice can't be played. I don't know what's wrong.

It does require a key, but it's a simple process where they send you an
e-mail, and you should keep the web page open so you can paste the key into
the login form.
