The function you need to use is the maximize volume, within which use the
full dynamic range preset, read the settings and decide if this will suit,
as it will find the maximum level on each chanel, displaying the time at
which it occurs and, of course, this may not be the same on each

volume but didn't see normalize volume as a choice.
