Hello List
All of a sudden I hear no sound when I try to play a song in
winamp. The song plays in goldwave. Maybe I changed a winamp
setting by accident.
Can someone please help.
Regards
Fanus

WMP may be muted, I think f8 mutes and unmutes but it might be f7 or f9. I
have another version. Keep tabbing till you hear the mute and volume
controls. They are independent of the Windows mixer.

Ah thanks! It was the speaker properties. Somehow they were pointing to
the
wrong device.

I am aware Winamp and JAWS don't play nicely on 64 bit
I am using, hopefully very temporarily, a computer with Windows 7 and the v
version of Jaws 11 for this 64 bit machine. Winamp won't respond to any
commands, and I'm sure this is because there are no Jaws scripts to support
this version of Windows. It plays but you can no longer set equalizer
with that
configuration.

Richard,
If you have the Direct Sound Output Plug in selected, the surround feature
does work. It sounds very good.

It probably wouldn't work too well if you use 2.1 setups. Unless it's able
to use that weird
