Earlier versions of Total Recorder contained a feature called
accelerated recording. This allowed the user to play a recording on a
media player such as Winamp at a surprisingly fast speed, contingent on
the PC's processor speed, and re-record that file using Total Recorder.

JoAnn, we should start simply. If you have Winamp 5.x and are running Win
xp, that's ideal, but that's what I use so I know it should be able to
