Ok, well my first comment is not to use DVD-R discs rather DVD-RW type, that way you can update things as you go along should you need to. Yes, you can copy-paste your data to a DVD-RW disc as you would a CD and you can store whatever data you like, I suppose a DVD-RW can be thought of as a
