[pca] Missing patch files

Hi all, I am having problems with most patches failing due to: "Failed (patch not found)". I have seen the News post from 10/23 indicating that Sun is aware of this and "working on it". But it is unclear to me if the "[pca] New release: 20091030-01", is supposed to be the fix to this.
