autogen.sh ./configure make
works good with all the PD__CHECK, I've been running autoconf instead,
so now I can submit the patches to the tracker without breaking anything.
notice that the compiled files aren't the same as the ones made by
makefile.mingw:
I tried these patches a bit but haven't fully tested them yet. But I
did just finish updating the MinGW setup, there have been big
improvements in the last 2 years since I looked last. The nicest is
'mingw-get' for installing packages :)
