So I am working on sound for a permanent installation involving 6
speakers in a large circular room. Are 6 speakers enough to do
anything useful using ambisonics? Or am I better off using the
simpler vbap?

1) Had trouble with 8.04 on the older computers - The HP couldn't handle the
build too well - seemed to need too much RAM. I thought it would be easier for
me to keep the same Ubuntu build on my different computers.
