The mouse cursor is controlled by the Window Manager. People have made various attempts at making objects to control that. There is a working one for X11, donno about Windows or Mac OS X. Check the archives, I think Alexandre Quessy wrote the x11 one, its something like x11mouse. .hc

not exactly what you are looking for, but i've been taking digital camera pictures with nikon slr cameras using os x's automator and digital camera programs to make an app and lounching this via shell and the open command from within pd. works very well but is os x exclusive. m. Am 06.02
