I get good results with hauppage wintv cards + linux. You can find them
used for cheap. Support for dv input depends on the platform you are on.
If you just need camera input, you can use usb cams. Most of them are
supported, I use logitech cameras a lot. Macam is the driver on a mac.

Another question regarding the threaded design (in follow-up to my earlier
posts re: disis_wiimote object. When redesigning the threaded version, what
I found out is something rather odd.
Basically, I have two threads (see my previous email from a couple days ago
for the source files). On
