[PD] poltocar centerpoint

hello, how can i give a polar-to-cartesian-funktion a centerpoint? as far as i understod poltocar, the inlets are for amplitude and phase, but there is no way to send a center-coordinate. i want to create a constant circular movement around a centerpoint... thank you so much!
