You may also try doing something like [import mrpeach] before you call
[mrpeach/udpreceive].
thanks .. that worked.. im in berlinupdated to 10.4.4.. had a lot of
trouble, since the 10.4.3 update that i downloaded from the apple support
site fucked up my whole system.. thanks to apple
thanks a lot to y'all .. hopefully i will get some time to test all this on
monday & tuesday.. will be on my way to berlin sunday night.. let's see if i

hey there,
i just installed this version on an ibook G4 1.33
Mac OS X Ver. 10.4.2, and the following graphic/display specs: ATI
Mobility Radeon 9550:
Chipset Model:ATY,M12
Vendor:ATI (0x1002)
Basically, when i start Pd i get the following message:
thanks martin .. tried it ...little joy ..i have to fix it first..
one more question though.. are you sure the [mrpeach/updrecieve] is included
in the mac osx version.. or does it need the GEM library ? apart from the
gem library, pd loads all the included
libraries on this machine. But it wont cr
ort this one out ?
thanks a lot anyways

Otherwise, have you tried setting up [netreceive] (in udp mode) on
your pd machine to read the data that [udpsend] is providing?

there you go to listen again and then chose to listen to PMS..
it might be of interest as well, that this was done mainly using Free open
source software, namely
Pure Data and Jack OSX...
enjoy and thanks for your time : )

You might be interested in [mapping/polar] which will convert yourx,y coords to polar coords (angle, radius). You could use the angle
for the panning location, and the radius for some kind of distancealgorithm with reverb or something..hcthanks for that suggestion : ) yes i am indeed interested..s
(right inlet) to change this to trigger a calculation on x, only.Chuck___

hola, first of all.. thank you all so much for your support. it is greatto have input from you.i finished a first sketch. i am not using the vbap, but use objects form the nSlam 1.0 and the the xjimmies library. i found some objects there that are workable for me. however there remains the difficult
exactly what you are trying to achive ...
