now i used the build of first of feb. osx pd-extended105x86 still the same: For me it also shows 28 languages, but language switcher crashes when i try to open Pd through it, and has no effect, if i try opening pd without it. it would be cool to switch, but i can live with both: pd in

Are you sure this is a problem with Pd? Try other apps and see what happens there. For me the Language Switcher launches the wrong Pd, but that's a bug in that app, I think. I just tried Language Switcher on some other apps, it doesn't seem to like non-Cocoa apps. I recommend contacting
