Are you sure this is a problem with Pd? Try other apps and see what happens
there. For me the Language Switcher launches the wrong Pd, but that's a bug in
that app, I think. I just tried Language Switcher on some other apps, it
doesn't seem to like non-Cocoa apps. I recommend contacting

If you want your computer to be in english, then go to the system preferences
and chang that there.
