OK, scratch that. The synth was not set to accept bend. Now I can
confirm that [bendout] works on Win7 and debian. I'm running Pd
0.43.1-extended-20120618 on Win7.

Something is sent (the LED lights up) but the synth doesn't bend the
note. I guess we need something to display raw MIDI; I could set up an
arduino to do that next week.
