Thanks for all the comments and suggestions - it feels really good to get feedback on work. About the reverb, I have been performing live with this patch for last few weeks and I had put it in there because I was going straight from Pd to amplification, with this patch as standalone - a little re

Interesting discussion of the reverb. I love reverb as well, but definitely think that it can get overboard very quickly. A little trick that I've been using lately is syncing up my decay time and send amount to have variation while sending the drums to the reverb. It gives a neat pumping sound

Hi Kevin definitely a good instrument, I'm having lot of fun.. Thanks for sharing it! Apart for a small set of user preset I'd add a "randomizer" function .. Nice gui too, even if in WinXP the pink X of fmbox exceeds a bit the right edge.. All the best, Alberto Zin http://puredata.org/Members/

Hello, I've made my first pd instrument. It's a 16 (I think...) op FM patch with selectable wave types run through a voltage controlled filter, with delay and reverb. I created a GUI for it, but I usually control it with a Behringer BCF-2000 midi controller. I find it somewhat useful for abstr
