I think there is a problem in section 2.3.2 of the Pd Manual:
It is indeterminate which of B or C is done first; this depends on
what order you made the connections in (in Max, it's automatically sorted
right to left).
First of all, the part before the semicolon contradicts the part that

Hi,
quick qestion: is there a way to make the x spacing in
tabplay~-help.pd - I'd like to remove all instances of the word sample
where it's used roughly to mean a fragment of digitized sound. This use of
the term is problematic because sample is also used to refer to
a discrete value on the x-axis.
So I'd like to change:
Play a table as a sample
Also:
Could someone edit tabreceive~-help.pd so that it has an example (and
maybe some hints on the context in which it is typically used)?

Hey all,
I'm just looking at the editmode message internal
Hi Hans,
There's some scrollbar flickering happening on winxp (see attached
patch).

When I open help-intro.pd and try to close it, it either hangs or takes
forever to close (winxp). Anyone else experience this? My computer isn't
real fast, so if you have a mean machine try select all - copy and paste and
see if you can reproduce this. I've never had this problem until now..
The current help patch for [bonk~] says the output from the right outlet
is the instrument number and a velocity. But there's a third number in the
list. What is it?
Thanks,
Jonathan

I haven't had that happen, but I am on a 2 year old

pretty fast. It sounds like it shouldn't happen tho.

Hi Frank,
Here's the ones I know:
key: send a keystroke message (see manuals/pd-msg/3.0.events.pd)
meters: turn on peak meters. args: 1=on/0=off (warning: doesn't update the
meters checkbox!)

Hello,
Taking acoustics~-help.pd as an example: is there any reason for
the [sig~] object here? Doesn't the float from the gatom automatically
get promoted to a signal?
Thanks,
Jonathan

The current help patch for [list] family objects doesn't mention what
kind of messages [list] outputs.
I remember reading somewhere (maybe on puredata.info) that for messages
consisting of two or more atoms/elements, [list] will output a list, and
for empty lists and 1-element messages [list]
