When I write a simple tcl plugin to display a menu after the "Help" menu, it
appears on Ubuntu and Mac os X, but not in Windows.
Example :
set myfantasticmenu "fantastic"
menu .menubar.$myfantasticmenu
.menubar add cascade -label [_ [string totitle $myfantasticmenu]] -menu
.menubar.$myfant

very briefly. I hope to have more time tomorrow and maybe check it on

It is just a proposition. If the approach and the result are admitted, I can
compact all needed attributes in one single .css file.
After, we could take also new screenshots. My opinion is that the manual must
look pleasant to be read and responsive for mobile readers.
Just some thoughts.
