My Miller's distribution of 0-49 runs with an
"**\pd-0.49-0\lib\reg1.2\tclreg12.dll". I think (suspect) you changed files and
you are using wish86.exe and tclsh86.exe.
If you don't have personal files or externals saved to "C:/Program Files/Pd" or
subfolders

it would, if "-raw" accepted "1" as the number of bytes per samples (it
currently only accepts 2, 3 & 4)

Hi Miller,
Thanks for the clarification. Having soundfiler able to read binary files would
be great. In fact at the end of the day, I was trying to replace the external
[binfile] that does exactly that.
