Could it be related? Most likely. My Miller's distribution of 0-49 runs with an "**\pd-0.49-0\lib\reg1.2\tclreg12.dll". I think (suspect) you changed files and you are using wish86.exe and tclsh86.exe. If you don't have personal files or externals saved to "C:/Program Files/Pd" or subfolders
