Okay i've managed to test "optionally compiling" kbdnav by using a #define
HAVE_KBDNAV and #ifdefs in the code and everything is working as expected. Most
of the code is in it's own file.
I still got to learn how to add an option to configure, though. Is there any
other optional PD feature tha
Oh, by "log level to 4 (all)" i meant just clicking in Pd's main window the
"Log:" button. By default it's in the "2" ( 2 normal ) position.
Once "4" is selected you can tell in the console which font Pd is using.

to confuse users, there's two different verbosities:
- the verbosity of the Pd-core, which you can control with the
"-verbose" flag
