Ok, but the computer im using pd doesnt has connection to internet. I only
have in my phone, do i need to download somewhere with my phone and then
pass the file to my computer.
Any idea?

fine.
But if i start pd and then i try the gem examples or whatever pd/gem patch
i have , it doesnt work(the gem windows always appears black) , even if
after that i try the gem.help patches.

Use the Deken external wrangler. On Pd go to menu help/find externals.
