flite (a text to speech external) is good enough for a release. It includes:
- single binary without dependencies.
- 5 built-in voices
- can load .flitevox voice files (english only)
- read from a text file
- threaded functions for "synthesis" and "read file"

the subject says it all, an installation of Gem on Win11 will install
the library, but the help patches / documentation are not available in
Pd's help browser. Isn't this supposed to work™?
