without full opengl but gl es ?
because gem can't use these boards, it would be very useful.

Why do you think gem doesn't work on a raspberry pi? We successfully used gem
on a raspberry pi 3 about two years ago

ofelia v1.0.6 is now available.
This version includes [pdgui] abstractions which emulate pd's built-in GUI.
Please try out "ofelia/examples/gui/pdguiExample.pd".
