layer for the Perl Data Language (PDL).
The idea is that using COS would allow
more of the higher level details of the
software to be implemented symmetrically
at both the C/COS level and the Perl level.

We've fixed a number of tricky issues
with the 64bit index support discovered
in PDL-2.014.
I'm pushing a PDL-2.014_01 CPAN
developers release this weekend in
preparation for a PDL-2.015 release,
no later than 01-Dec-2015.
I invite you to test this release before
the official PDL-2.0
