candidate for coming PDL-2.016. If you have anything
you really think should be in PDL-2.016 that isn't
in already, please e-mail me immediately.
Barring any requests for an extension, I plan to push
a release candidate

On Strawberry 5.24.0 I can reprod
It seems it's setup related. I've just tried Strawberry 5.24.0, and I
can't even go that far. What I get is this error:

it must be IMO gmake-related issue as on Strawberry 5.24.0 (gcc-4.9.2 +
dmake + EU::MM-7.16) Prima-1.46 installs fine

msys? msys2? Cygwin? It sounds like it works under Strawberry, so I'd guess
it's not that. Dmitry has historically been very responsive, so if he knows
the build system, I wouldn't be surprised if he quickly got the b
