AFAIK there's nothing for Perl but

It's an OK interface, certainly on par with R/Julia/Scala interfaces to the
MXNet, but not as all encompassing as the Python interface.
Unfortunately to date I remain sole
I thought I would forward this question to the wider PDL community. I don’t
know of anything to recommend. Any perl interfaces to things like TensorFlow?
