Trying to use a Pentax Q for Macro work. Unfortunately, my attempts
have shown fabulous magnification for the M 50 macro f4 but even wide
open diffraction effects hurt the ultimate resolution,. Here's a K50
1.4 wide
This one really appeals to me, George. You used the flash masterfully
here -- hi-lighting the graffiti really makes the shot for me.
Tagging, this kind of mindless graffiti, is the new bird-droppings.
Unavoidable, inevitable, largely ignorable.

use it almost every day. It was functional and the handwriting worked as

I gave into the $320 for a used one on Amazon. ;-) For that price,
it's a really nice little compact. With the K adapter, it has some
fun macro/tele capabilities, but only with 2.8 or better lenses. It
makes those nifty fifties interesting if hard to focus.

I think Ecco still has a following, and can be downloaded from a site. When I
was in administration and practicing GTD, I used it constantly. Now that I'm
back in teaching, I don't Get Things Done nearly as much.
