Wow! The infamous "off-by-one" error in a somewhat unusual incarnation. :-) While I was reading your thriller, my guess was it would be due to the shutter activations without a card in the slot. Cheers, Igor Larry Colen Sun, 27 Aug 2017 17:19:11 -0700 wrote: One of my many quirks is to

Thank you! It would've been nice to have a pleasant company there. (We ended up watching it from McGregor Park Riverwalk.) We hadn't known that we'd be going that way either, until just a day prior to the eclipse. We were set for Nebraska, but the weather forecast got worsened in the last

The projected path of the hurricane rather closely resembles our last week's travel to the totality path (Clarksville, TN). http://42graphy.org/misc/HurricanHarvey-PathToTotality.jpg As my friend commented: "There seems to be aspiration towards totality in Harvey's path". @Gonz: Glad to

I don't think so, unless you sold it on eBay. It was in the wild west days of eBay and you could actually get a bargain. I think it cost me around $700 including the 1.4x, which was a real steal. Ebay is more like a retail store now. On Mon, Aug 28, 2017 at 11:20 AM, Jack Davis

Hi All, These past few days, we've been watching (and bracing for) the hurricane Harvey. The past 2 nights brought several emergency alerts on our cell phones (flash flood, tornado, etc. warnings), but everything seems to be fine. We are lucky that the eye of the hurricane went south of us.
