The "spring" scene was somewhat back lit so the dust & debris on the water
surface are accentuated. I cropped out the part above the spring but could
do nothing about the front part of the water. Would have been better in the
morning.

If its type 2 its manageable. Thats what i have or =at least had,
doctor says im at the maybe maybe not stage now. I cut my weight down,
kept off the sweets and whites like Bill says and got my numbers down
quite a bit.
Walking 2 miles a day also helps.
