I recall woodlands full of dogwoods in Monmouth County. We usually had
moderate winters near the shore. Loved Jersey, but that was then.

Thanks for looking, Paul.
The Dogwood is the State Memorial Tree of New Jersey. You guys up in
Michigan need to learn how to flatter them.
They seem to grow well here, especially on the edge of a woods. All of my
5 white dogwoods are on the edge of wooded area. That makes them grow
somewhat
Ann,
glad everything turned out reasonably ok and glad to hear the news

Sorry for your pain Ann, but glad to hear that otherwise you are quite
healthy.
That is a great image; I remember seeing it previously, perhaps in your
calendar or online. It's wonderful that the image was incorporated into a
cinema. Does that bring back the feeling of your days as an ingenue ?
Hi Ann
Congrats on the photo sale - don't think I'll get a chance to see the film down
here, but you never know...
I've been on Fosamax for some time - just got to remember to take it 30mins
before eating and remain upright during that time. Yes - and not fall down.
Pity I forgot about that last
Glad you now have a good diagnosis, Ann, at least with that you will get
some relief. Hope you can get as much exercise as practical, my 101-year
old mother still can walk short distances without her walker, and credits

Nice. I’m jealous. I had dogwoods in Jersey but haven’t been able to keep them
alive in Michigan.

I remember visiting my Mom a month or two before she passed away. By then she
had “graduated” to the “other reality” portion of the assisted living center.
The staff asked me for help, Mom had been wandering the halls, stealing the TV
remote controls from others’ rooms, and the staff wanted me t

Hi Ann,
I am pleased to say that -even though you don't feel perfect- all the
news are good.
You seem to be a good, disciplined patient who is easy to deal with
for a doctor.
All I can say is that as long as you don't hurt yourself you have to
be moving as much as you can.

Congratulations on the sale Ann. Really sorry to hear about you're
health issue. I have no good recommendations for pain of any kind, most
accepted pain relievers don't really work for me all that well. Wish I
had something better to say.

I think that early in the year you might be able to get rooms at the lodge.
My last visit was in January 2013 and I was able to stay in one of the cabins
there. Didn't have advance reservations, which was good because I had no idea
