There are pros & cons for either course. If he's suspended under Section 4 or the 25th Amendment, he wouldn't be able to pardon himself. He could then unquestionably be tried for Federal crimes & be ineligible as a Convicted Felon. And he wouldn't be allowed to campaign from prison. I would p
