I was into my local Photo shop yesterday and they tell me they cannot get

anyone confirm this? If it is true, it appears my Auto 110 has shot its last

Well, it seems that the general thought is that digital will eventually win
out over APS and maybe so. However, there will always be those who will
never use digital because of the expense & technology. The camera cost is
only a small part of ownership... you need a computer to download them to

Just wondering what the general consciences is on APS film format.
A few years ago, it was introduced with great fan fare as the next
revolution in film. Doesn't seem to have made much of an impact and it is
not that easy to get at times. In its defense, I purchased a Canon ELPH Jr.

Need some advice on the pricing of a few used items...
1. Pentax AF 35-70 Macro zoom; used in great shape. $150 Canadian.
2. Pentax Z-1p body, used in good shape, $650 Canadian.
3. Pentax SF1 body, used in good shape, $295 Canadian.
Prices sound reasonable?

Hello,
I recently took my MX to our local Pentax repair centre for repair and was
disappointed to find that they couldn't help me. They said that Pentax
support for the MX has been discontinued and they can't get parts. Now I
have 3 other MX's that work fine so I am not out of luck. I will keep t

I picked up a box full of Pentax Auto 110 stuff today at the closing of a

Hello,
I an new to the board and have a question about a recently acquired SF1. It
seems to be killing batteries in a few days, even when off. I put new
batteries in the camera and left it for a few days and bingo, they are dead.
I suspect that they are being drained by the LCD display that seems
