Initially I was quite happy using the
Blurb Booksmart software, but now there's a whole lot more flexibility
with LR4.
I've also used MyPublisher through Costco. Cheap and cheerful, but the
print quality is variable from good to just about acceptable in my
experience.

50mm 2.8 MF macro. Got it on Ebay for under
30 quid. I've mostly used it for copying 35mm slides on a light box
and it does a good job of that - but I can't comment on bokeh. If you
could get one at that sort of price, it would be worth a punt.

There's no plain text option in the Android Gmail app. I've tried
using the browser, which should pick up the characteristics from my
account and act in the same way as a desktop, but this doesn't seem to
work either.
K9 mail can be set to use plain text and it works OK for PDML

I love the B&W rendering in these. Cemetery #2 is my favourite with
more in the foreground. I just wonder whether the spire should be a
little less central; but I still like it a lot.

Thanks Mark. Yes, it's a pleasure to see the B17 still flying. At
Duxford there's a memorial to all of the US aircrews who were lost
during WW2. There's an image of each aircraft lost engraved on the
glass walls of the walkway leading up to the museum. Very moving.
