IIRC, it's a two step sign-up procedure. You have to enter your
information on the sign-up page & then you have to click the link in the
confirmation email it sends you to confirm you did indeed intend to sign up.

The subjects are our grandson and his father, so, like the image you
submitted, there was a bit of personal emotion involved in its
selection. BTW, the image was cropped down

for years with PDML.
It may have something to do with the fact I haven't used that email
